PARASON.COM has flat shipping & handling fees for all orders up to $150.00 in merchandise value for end-consumers.
An end-consumer is defined, as buyer who does is not purchasing merchandise from Parason Health Products,
Inc. for the purposes of resale. For orders over $150.00 standard shipping are free, with the following exception:
Certain products carry an additional per-item shipping fee due to their weight. These products are identified by an asterisk (*) after their description. The per-item shipping & handling fee for such items is noted at the bottom of the product’s description. This additional shipping and handling fee will be added to all orders containing these products, including orders over $150.00.
Standard Shipping ($4.95): PARASON.COM will choose the shipping method. Your order will be shipped by one of the following methods: DHL Ground, UPS Ground, or the U.S. Postal Service. Orders over $150 will ship for free (with certain exceptions, see above).
Postal Delivery ($5.95): The U.S. Postal Service delivers the package to its final destination (domestic shipments only). Orders over $150 will ship for only $1.00 (with certain exceptions, see above).
UPS Ground ($5.95): UPS will deliver the package using its standard ground service. Orders over $150 will ship for only $1.00 (with certain exceptions, see above).
Exceptions & Exclusions: All orders shipping outside the contiguous U.S. including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may be subject to additional shipping fee. Military Addresses (APO and FPO): Shipments to APO, FPO addresses may take up to 8 weeks for delivery.
International Shipping: International shipping rates are calculated for each order. You are then notified by e-mail of the shipping & handling options. We will then ship via the mode you select. Shipping options for international orders include Express Mail, Global Priority, DHL and Federal Express.
Please note that the following conditions apply to all international orders:
Purchaser assumes risk for any and all product confiscated by customs. Parason Health Products, Inc. cannot assume such risk and cannot refund purchase price for any such product. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to know their country’s customs regulations relating to the product(s) they wish to import. Purchaser is responsible for your country’s customs or taxes. In the event an order is returned to Parason Health Products, Inc. by Customs, refund is limited to 75% of purchase price of the product returned. Shipping and handling for such returned orders is not refundable. There is a $50 minimum for International orders placed over the phone.
